affordable apartments for artists!

hi again all-

my sister-in-law has a building in the northside that has some really
great apartments which would be perfect for artists. they are very
bright and best of all, cheap!

the building is 843 western ave, just down the block from the mexican
war streets. there's a laundromat two doors down. it is on the 16D
busline with the 500 and 54C just one block away. it's walking
distance to downtown and it's a great neighborhood.

a new bistro owned by local artist johnross just opened across the
street. there's a new coffee shop, a deli, the allegheny sandwich
shop and a peppi's all on the same street. there's a huge park at the
end of the block and it's just off an exit ramp for both the 376 and
279.

the apartments' sizes and costs are as follows:

Apt. 1 - $475/mo includes all utils - about 300sf
Apt 3 - $350/mo includes all utils - about 250sf
Apt 4 - $500/mo includes all utils - about 500sf
Apt 5 - $600/mo includes all utilities - 1 BR - about 500sf

apartments #4 and 5 include off street parking spaces in that price.

also, there is a fee of $50/per month for an AC unit.
