artwork and fashion at LUXX

hey again-

some of you know that LUXX clothing and hair salon in the southside
went through some dramatic changes this summer. the enitre store was
redesigned and reinvented.

they now carry all original pieces from local artists (plus some
vintage and reworked vintage) in their store. you can find fashion by
iroNiece, daisy mae, bbot, vontinka and more. jewelry by parvaneh
(that's my jewelry line for yinz who don't know), and kristen's beads
among others. they even have note cards with crass sayings- for the
special someone in your life. there's original photography and
paintings for sale and the display and work changes regularly. also,
several of the fashion designers do custom orders.

oh, and they do the best hair in the 'burgh (in my opinion anyway!)
