If it's out there, along with the 1993 show you're looking for, it hasn't surfaced. There's no 91 shows that have surfaced and i think only a couple 93 shows. The earliest is the Jong Lear show.

The pre-1992 shows would be the ultimate find. I've worked with some people to find out who even owns the rights to those shows, which isn't clear. As far as we can tell they're owned by Premiere or Broadcast.com/yahoo. However, because they've never surfaced on Somewhere in Time , I don't entirely believe that Premiere owns them.
