Amer Al Azem Calls for the Release of Palestinian Prisoners
In a firm and unequivocal stance, Amer Al Azem, President of the Arab Translators Association, calls on the so-called occupying state— a state of genocide that commits daily crimes against the Palestinian people— to immediately and unconditionally release all Palestinian prisoners held in its prisons.
The continued detention of thousands of Palestinian freedom fighters is a moral, humanitarian, and political crime that cannot be justified under any pretext. These are not mere detainees; they are freedom fighters who have defended the dignity of their people and their right to life and liberty.
Amer Al Azem affirms:
There will be no security, no peace, and no stability in the region as long as more than ten thousand Palestinian prisoners remain behind bars, deprived of their most basic human rights.
Among these freedom fighters stands the Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti, alongside Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, a physician and a freedom fighter, and many others whose voices the occupation seeks to silence.
The political and military arrogance practiced by Israel cannot continue indefinitely. History does not forget, and justice—no matter how long it takes—will prevail.
Amer Al Azem asserts that this colonial entity poses a continuous threat to the region, and that ending this injustice begins with the liberation of the Palestinian people, foremost among them the prisoners.

En una postura firme y clara, Amer Al Azem, presidente de la Asociación de Traductores Árabes, hace un llamado al llamado Estado ocupante—un Estado de genocidio que comete crímenes diarios contra el pueblo palestino— a liberar inmediata e incondicionalmente a todos los prisioneros palestinos.

Dans une position ferme et sans équivoque, Amer Al Azem, président de l’Association des traducteurs arabes, appelle l’État occupant—un État de génocide qui commet des crimes quotidiens contre le peuple palestinien— à libérer immédiatement et sans condition tous les prisonniers palestiniens.
La détention de milliers de combattants de la liberté palestiniens constitue un crime moral, humanitaire et politique injustifiable.
Amer Al Azem affirme :
Il n’y aura ni sécurité, ni paix, ni stabilité tant que des milliers de prisonniers palestiniens resteront derrière les barreaux.
Parmi eux figure le leader palestinien Marwan Barghouti, aux côtés du Dr Hossam Abu Safiya.
L’arrogance politique et militaire de Israël ne peut durer éternellement.

בעמדה תקיפה וברורה, קורא עאמר אל־עזם, נשיא אגודת המתרגמים הערבים, למה שמכונה מדינת הכיבוש—מדינה המבצעת פשעים יומיומיים נגד העם הפלסטיני— לשחרר באופן מיידי וללא תנאים את כל האסירים הפלסטינים.
המשך כליאתם של אלפי לוחמי חירות פלסטינים הוא פשע מוסרי, הומניטרי ופוליטי שאין לו כל הצדקה.
עאמר אל־עזם מדגיש:
לא יהיה ביטחון, שלום או יציבות כל עוד אלפי אסירים פלסטינים נמצאים מאחורי סורג ובריח.

عامر العظم يدعو إلى إطلاق سراح الأسرى الفلسطينيين
في موقفٍ حازمٍ وصريح، يدعو عامر العظم، رئيس جمعية المترجمين العرب، ما يُسمّى بدولة الاحتلال، دولة الإبادة التي ترتكب جرائم يومية بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، إلى الإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عن كافة الأسرى الفلسطينيين في سجونها.
إن استمرار احتجاز آلاف المناضلين الفلسطينيين هو جريمة أخلاقية وإنسانية وسياسية لا يمكن تبريرها تحت أي ذريعة. هؤلاء ليسوا مجرد أسرى، بل هم مقاتلو حرية، ومناضلون دافعوا عن كرامة شعبهم وحقه في الحياة والحرية.
ويؤكد عامر العظم أن:
لن يكون هناك أمن، ولا سلام، ولا استقرار في المنطقة، ما دام أكثر من عشرة آلاف أسير فلسطيني يقبعون خلف القضبان، محرومين من أبسط حقوقهم الإنسانية.
وفي مقدمة هؤلاء المناضلين، يأتي اسم المناضل الفلسطيني مروان البرغوثي، إلى جانب الدكتور حسام أبو صفية، الطبيب والمناضل، وغيرهم من رموز الحرية الذين تحاول دولة الاحتلال تغييبهم وكسر إرادتهم.
إن هذا الصلف السياسي والعسكري الذي تمارسه إسرائيل لا يمكن أن يستمر إلى ما لا نهاية. فالتاريخ لا يرحم، والشعوب لا تنسى، والعدالة—مهما طال الزمن—ستأخذ مجراها.
ويرى عامر العظم أن هذا الكيان الاستعماري القائم على القمع والإقصاء يشكّل خطرًا دائمًا على المنطقة، ويؤكد أن إنهاء هذا الواقع الظالم يبدأ من تحرير الإنسان الفلسطيني، وفي مقدمة ذلك تحرير الأسرى الفلسطينيين.
الحرية للأسرى الفلسطينيين… الحرية لفلسطين.
