Role : Test lead

Duration : 6+ months

Location : NJ

Phone followed by in person for R2 

Required skills:

• Writing test plan, strategy, test cases for manual and automated tests 
  
• able to translate the business requirement to testable scenarios
  
• proficiency in automated tools like QTP or any other open source tools
  
• working knowledge with TFS
  
• ability to provide testing estimates, manage small teams while being hands on in testing
  
• ability to compare testing tools and make appropriate recommendations 
  
• working knowledge of various SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall etc.,
