Hello Artists!
I have designed images that I would like to place on earthenware or porcelain plates to sell. Does anyone know ways to accomplish this myself instead of paying companies to do it for me? thoughts like dye sublimation or decals and kilns…. anyone know about these processes that could help me to do this?
Thanks so much!
Sincerely,
Duncan Ragsdale

Wow… I haven’t gotten an Art-Talk notification in awhile.
The best method would depend on a number of things including the quantity of each, the finish of the plates, how durable the imprint needs to be (decorative or functional, food safe or not), etc.
Call Sharon out at Mud Puddle Pottery Studio (615) 646-6644 <https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=mud+puddle+pottery&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#>. She’ll be able to help or point you in the right direction.
