Greetings Students, Instructors, Staff and others involved with Art of War.

We are getting ready to order Art of War T-Shirts. They are very cool and I hope you like them. To see an image, go to: Art of War T-Shirt Design
The actual design may be slightly different in color depending on what color shirt it's going on.
I need to put the order in soon (Like by this weekend).
If you already ordered and paid for it in your registration packet, all is well.
If you would like to order one, they are $15.00 pre-paid.
I am ordering them directly (rather than the Barony... makes the paperwork easier because it's "a product" so I understand. Anyway, make your check out to Colonus Interactive (my business).

 1) The check is on its way
 2) What size you want. (the have Small to 2XL)
 We will have some T-Shirts at site for sale for $25.00 each. Pre-ordering is cheaper.

Matching Fund Drive:

Our Student Numbers are increasing. We have around 50 right now. It will allow intensive one-on-one Instruction in many cases.  However, the Barony will be in the hole a bit from this event.  We want to try and mitigate that as much as we can.

So, we got a Corporate Sponsorship! (This may be a first in the SCA).
Hardwick & Sons, Inc. (www.hardwicks.info) will match, dollar for dollar (up to $1,000.00 from their coffers) any donation to this event (a check made out to the Barony of Aquaterra - SCA Inc that is not for room, board, site fee, etc. from an Instructor, Staff, etc. of the event Art of War.)

This money will go directly to the support of this event to make sure it come back (in two years, is the plan as I understand it.)

Let me know if you would like to pledge and if so, how much. (Full price paying Students, you get a pass. You have already paid your fair share.:-)
