Art of War - Updates - Additions - Steward Track "Sale!" Fighter Fodder Rates

Greetings from Sir Brand, Event Steward (Autocrat) for Art of War -
the intensive 4-day war and large event training seminar (April 10-13,
2008 Aquaterra An Tir.)

We are about 30 days out from the event and all the team here is very
excited.

Airline tickets have been purchased for Master John the Pell (Eastern
SCA War Commander with ~25 years of SCA leadership experience) Count
Balin of Tor (Caid, War Band Leading veteran of over 50 major wars)
and the Event Stewards of Estrella War (Misress Issabeau & Master
Joseph, MPels)
Many An Tirian Commanders will also be there to give every fighter
close personal attention to catapult your skills as a War Fighter/
Commander to a whole new level. For the beginner to the experienced,
this event will sharpen, and harden, your game.

The Event Steward Track is under-represented in the student count,
however. We want to get as many Event Organizers, Officers, and
interested gentles there as possible to make full use of the extreme
experience and training that Misress Isabeau and Master Joseph are
bringing. So, we got a grant (thank you Hardwick & Sons, Inc.) and
are able to reduce the Event Steward Track fee to $50.00 (if you
already registered for the ES Track, you will be reimbursed the
difference.) Your registration will still include all food for the
event and lodging space. This only applies to the Event Steward Track.

Also, for those who just want to be there for the fighting and not
really train, just be "Fighter Fodder" here is some news:

Fodder Rates (Fighters for just Sat and/or Sun)
Day Rate: Saturday Noon On (Includes fighter snacks & Dinner): $35.00.

(If you want to stay Fri Night through Sunday and get training, it's
the posted $65.00)

Sunday (10:00 AM on) only $10.00 includes fighter snacks and all the
rattan you can eat. Pre-Registration still is needed (see above
address)
Sat/Sun only Fighters may become the troops to our newly trained
Commanders or be placed as opposition forces.
