Mahashivaratri special Seva in Bangalore Ashram Posted: 20 Feb 2013 06:30 PM PST The consciousness which is bliss, innocence, omnipresent and the bestower of dispassion is Shiva. Resting in the Shiva tatva is Shivaratri. Shivaratri is the transcendental, divine consciousness which brings solace to all layers of consciousness.  The auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri 2013 will be carried out in the Bengaluru Ashram in the graceful presence of H.H. Sri Sri Ravishankarji (Guruji) on March 10th. The Ashram warmly welcomes and openly invites volunteers who wish to come and offer seva for 20 days from 1st March ‘13- 20th March ‘13 on this blessed event. Seva Duration: 20 days Reporting date: 28th Feb, ‘13 Last date to recieve applications: 27th Feb, ‘13 Criteria to apply for Seva: 1.      To have completed at least one Part-2/DSN/YES++ course and should have completed their Part 1/YES+ course at least 6 months before applying for Seva 2.      To be at least 18 years old 3.      To be mentally as well as physically fit How to apply for Seva: 1.      An email from an Art of Living teacher recommending the Sevak must be sent to us at h...@vvmvp.org.                                                                                                                                On receiving this email, the Ashram HR will process it and send a confirmation email. 2.      For further formalities, the Sevaks on arrival at the Ashram must carry: (a)    a photo copy of their confirmation email (b)   a photo copy of their ID containing address proof (c)    a passport size photo Format for Sevak recommendation: I...................................teacher from...........................state, recommend Mr./Mrs............................. for seva in the Ashram for period of one month .
