Can't get the listing of the folder....

Hi I'm wondering why Art HTML cannot get the listing for a certain
folder? All the error says is Can't get the listing of the folder G:
\Arnotts\Normans_animation.....
What could be the reasons for this?

Hi Libby,

Perhaps a directory or a subdirectory it can't get the listing of doesn't
allow the user account that you are logged under access to this directory.

I don't see any other reason. Which type of error message do you get? You
can ask directly at support at zzee dot com.
