Can't write to file index.html

Hello - I tested the application locally on my Windows 7 PC and it
worked fine. However, when I move the application files to my
Intranet server and run the program, I get "can't write to file
index.html".

Additional information: I re-created the AHL file and pointed it to
my network share as the input source. The user I am logged on as does
have write access to the folder. The files & folders I tested with
locally are the same files & folders that resides on my Intranet
server.
