Clarification about Film Workshet

Please note that the film discussion in weeks 10 and 11 takes the place of a web lecture; and because the film worksheet is formatted very much like the Art Worksheet, it should explain itself.

I think I mentioned before that there was a web lecture about the film worksheet, but the Weeks 10 and 11 discussion takes its place.

Thank you for the update. I wanted to point out something I notified my students about via my Monday announcement to them, in case others wanted to share with their students.  There are discounted tickets available through the student union to the Gateway theater, and also Cinemark does 50% off on Tuesdays. Below I have posted the paragraph about that from my announcement.

Your film worksheets will be due the following week on Sunday November 16th at 11:59pm, if you can make it to a theater to view the film you write on there, I highly encourage you to do that! Being in the theater really impacts the experience just make sure to review the assignment requirements beforehand - if you are on a budget, take a moment to head over to the student union and get some discounted tickets there, they restock every Monday morning and have a limited number available, but they offer $3.50 tickets to see a movie at the Gateway theater which is a great price! Also I think Tuesdays is a discountLinks to an external site. at Cinemark theaters, and it is 50% off.
