Also, Art Worksheets are due Sunday night at 11:59 with a grace period that extends to 12 noon on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Please note that this is a course-wide policy. How reasonably lenient you are is up to you.

Grade Posting Deadlines

Important Dates - Spring 2026

Dear instructor: The Office of the University Registrar would like to remind you that student grades are due according to the schedule below.

Graduating Students – Spring semester and second session: Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 5:00 p.m. Non-Graduating Students – Spring semester and second session: Monday, May 11, 2026, 11:59 p.m. All grades for first session classes are due Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

Important Notes:

When final exams are administered on the last day of exams, grades for graduating students are due by 12:00 p.m. the following day. When grades post, students lose access to complete the SSLE overnight. To maximize response rates, instructors should wait until the final exam period begins to post grades. SSLE Reports will be available on Tuesday, May 12. For posting assistance, please see the job aid: How to Post Final Grades Using the Grade Roster
