Grade Posting Deadlines

Important Dates - Autumn 2025

Dear Instructor:

The Office of the University Registrar's office would like to remind you that grades for students are due according to the schedule below:

Graduating Students - Autumn semester and second session: Thursday, December 18, 2025, 5:00 p.m. Non-Graduating Students - Autumn semester and second session: Monday, December 22, 2025, 11:59 p.m. All grades for first session were due Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Important Notes: When final exams are administered on the last day of exams, grades for graduating students are due by noon the following day.

When final exams are administered on the last day of exams, grades for graduating students are due by 12:00 p.m. the following day. When grades post, students lose access to complete the SSLE overnight. To maximize response rates, instructors should wait until the final exam period begins to post grades. SSLE reports will be available on Tuesday, December 23. For posting assistance, please see the job aid: How to Post Final Grades Using the Grade Roster.

I thought I'd given that number early in the semester.

Also, during Thanksgiving Break I encourage everyone to take a couple days off to rest.
