If you don't know Aviary, it's a suite of graphics applications that are free and Internet browser based, so you don't need to install any software and you can access your files from any computer with a web connection.

It's not as comprehensive as PhotoShop obviously, but it's a great free alternative.

I'm also a fan of Google Docs, which is a spreadsheet and word processor that you can also access from anywhere with an Internet connection, so this link-up is very welcome.
