Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect with
extensive expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM/HR systems administration. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining
enterprise-level PeopleSoft environments, performing upgrades, patching, system
tuning, database administration, and ensuring high availability across the
application infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory
- 84+ months (7+ years) of experience
as a Software Architect or Senior PeopleSoft Administrator.
- Extensive experience with Oracle
PeopleSoft HCM/HR version 9.x or higher.
- Strong experience in enterprise
software architecture, technical standards, and system design.
Required Experience

months of PeopleSoft HCM/HR system administration experience, including:
- Installation
- Configuration
- Patching
- Upgrades
- Performance
tuning
- Code
migrations
- 84+
months of PeopleTools 8.49+ administration experience.
- 84+
months of PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools upgrades using PUM and
Change Assistant.
- 60+
months of WebLogic and Tuxedo administration, including installation,
configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and High Availability (HA).
- 60+
months of Oracle Database (10g or higher) experience supporting PeopleSoft
environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design
and maintain large-scale PeopleSoft HCM/HR architectures.
- Install,
configure, upgrade, patch, and tune Oracle PeopleSoft HCM/HR environments.
- Perform
code migrations and system administration in Unix, Solaris, and Linux
environments.
- Manage
and administer PeopleTools environments (8.49 and above).
- Execute
PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools upgrades using PUM and Change
Assistant.
- Configure,
troubleshoot, and maintain WebLogic and Tuxedo environments.
- Create,
maintain, and support Oracle databases for PeopleSoft applications.
- Implement
system performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization strategies.
- Develop
and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural
guidelines.
- Provide
technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant
Oracle or PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience
supporting large-scale government or enterprise environments.
