Mandatory: Strong React Lead experience
ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture
Lead and mentor a team of React JS developers.
Drive architectural decisions and establish UI best practices.
Lead the design and development of scalable React applications.
Maintain high-quality, performant, and well-tested code.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven technical lead or senior React engineer experience.
Advanced expertise in:
React JS
JavaScript (ES6+)
State Management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
HTML5, CSS3
Strong experience with:
Webpack, Babel, Yarn/NPM
REST APIs & async programming
Unit testing (Jest, RTL)
E2E testing (Cypress, Selenium)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Next.js
SSR/SSG
Performance optimization
GraphQL
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Open-source contributions (React ecosystem)
