We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Agentic AI platforms focused on knowledge-driven reasoning and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, cloud modernization, vector databases, and Python, with proven experience building intelligent, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build and deploy knowledge-driven reasoning systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent architectures.
- Develop AI-powered, searchable APIs by transforming enterprise services through Knowledge Record Management and intelligent orchestration layers.
- Lead the design and implementation of reasoning and orchestration frameworks for autonomous AI agents.
- Architect and optimize solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including AI and data platforms.
- Design and implement vector database solutions for semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop AI applications and services using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise ecosystems.
- Implement best practices for AI governance, security, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Guide development teams through architecture reviews, technical design, and deployment strategies.
- Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, vector search technologies, and cloud-native AI services.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or solution architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Agentic AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Extensive experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus, or similar technologies.
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise cloud modernization and migration initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI platforms.
- Experience with Vertex AI, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.
- Knowledge of API development, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
