Workday HCM Engineer
As a Workday HCM Engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday HCM Modules ensuring that configurations across Core HCM, Talent, Time & Absences are scalable, high-performing, and built to support a best-in-class employee experience.

Duties/Day to Day Overview
|
Key Responsibilities
-
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Time & Absence.
-
Design and deliver scalable Workday solutions across core HCM ensuring our technology enables best in class Team Member experiences and supports strategic business outcomes.
-
Configure, test, and deploy changes in Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Security) ensuring technology enables strategic business outcomes and seamless employee
journeys.

Support and continuously evolve existing modules, including Learning & Development and Performance, ensuring we leverage the latest Workday features.

Document business processes, procedures, and workflows while communicating technical constraints and possibilities to non-technical functional leaders.

Ability to conduct deep-dive analysis of the existing landscape to identify and remediate technical debt. Improve system performance, error handling, and overall architectural scalability.

Support Workday biannual releases including feature impact assessments, configuration updates, and regression testing.

Provide user training, documentation, and production support.

Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of hands-on Workday experience. You should have a proven track record of delivering effective solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments.

Experience working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Strong proficiency in Workday Security models and Business Process (BP) configuration.

Workday Certification in Core HCM is strongly
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
-
Strong interpersonal and verbal, written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
