Role Description:
  • The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • This role ensures that Salesforce implementations align with business goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Requirement Gathering: Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT efforts to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Training Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce functionalities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user stories, and training materials.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in Salesforce technology consulting, business analysis, or product ownership.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia PSA Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), FlowsAgile methodologies and tools like JIRA
  • Experience with Apex batch classes for financial metrics automation
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
