1 Product Analyst (Chile)

Highly collaborative with business stakeholders across multiple U.S. time zones
Leadership:
Informal leadership through delivery and execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Backlog grooming
Story refinement
Delivery oversight
Story acceptance testing
Execute and manage product roadmap
Support overall day-to-day team operations
Technology & Tools
Core Tools: Jira, Confluence (required)
Primary Platform: Salesforce CRM
Additional Systems:
AWS data stores
Integration processes
Snowflake
Flexibility:
Salesforce strongly preferred
Other CRM experience considered transferable
Required Experience
4–5+ years of Product Management experience
Strong experience with:
Jira / Confluence
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to manage complex workflows and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce experience
Financial services background (wealth management preferred)
Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Nice-to-Have
Spanish language proficiency
