Job Description –

 

Title: API Developer (Java / Node.js / AWS) 

Location: Hybrid (Eagan, MN)(Locals only)

Visa: USC/GC/h4  only 

 

Healthcare client exp is must in recent project  

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Node.js
  • Git
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • SQL
  • AWS Lambda
  • AWS ECS
  • AWS S3
  • Apache Kafka
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Spring / Spring Boot
  • Quarkus
  • JAX-RS / Jakarta RESTful Web Services
  • React.js
  • Kong API Gateway
  • CommonJS
  • FHIR
  • X12
  • AWS DynamoDB
  • OIDC / OAuth 2.0

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS infrastructure.
  • Experience with test planning, performance testing, and application optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application architecture.

 

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Build scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
  • Develop secure, high-performing backend applications using modern Java and Node.js technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
