Arsenal Project General Inquiries

Hello all,

My name is Nathan Rusch and I'm a pipeline TD at Luma Pictures. We're doing some preliminary investigation into switching render management solutions (currently we use Rush), and Arsenal Suite has started to look promising.

I've noticed that the project seems to be in fairly active development, so I wanted to put some feelers out and see if I could get some information on who is currently using Arsenal. I'm also curious if there would be any interest on the part of the developers in potentially adding some more studio-based collaborators down the road, if we did end up making the switch. If anyone has any information or thoughts on either of these questions, I would love to hear from you at your convenience.

Hi Nathan,

Arsenal is indeed under active development. Glad to hear you might be interested in checking it out, we'd love to get more contributors and users.

We're currently running Arsenal in a studio with about 400 users and a farm of 9000 cores. There are several other studios using it in some capacity, with the majority of development direction being driven by us ( Dr.D Studios ) and Blur.

Let me know if you have any specific questions regarding the roadmap.
