Its high time we started paying players on their performance...otherwise mediocre players will keep getting similar wages like lets say high performing player like Persie...We can't have similar wage payouts as the top 3 clubs and not have the same quality.
I hope we are able to retain Van Persie this year...only then will we be able to attract better talent
