Objektif utama program adalah untuk mengenengahkan isu-isu perubahan lanskap dakwah dan tren-tren mendatang yang bakal mempengaruhi peranan asatizah dan dakwah di Singapura.
Program Pembangunan Asatizah (AEDP) adalah untuk asatizah di bawah ARS. Turut mengundang Asatizah di bawah QTRS.
Topik-topik yang akan dibentangkan dan dibincangkan adalah:
1- "Evolusi Pemikiran dan Hukum Dalam Tradisi Islam" oleh Ustaz Mohd Khair Bin Rahmat
2- "Dakwah dan Perubahan Lanskap Sosial Masyarakat" oleh Ustaz Mohd Jakfar Bin Embek
3- "Peranan Asatizah yang sedang berubah di Singapura" oleh Ustaz Muhd Tarmizi Wahid
4- "Islam Seragam Islam Pelbagai" oleh Ustaz Muhd Haniff Hassan
5- Dialog Khas bersama Anggota Majlis Fatwa
