Some suggestions for Arrebita

Dear project team,

Even though I agree with Goncalo in some aspects, I'm not of the same opinion with him about the future of Arrebita and what we should do about it. The last week I have been trying to put down my personal comments to you about what I see is broken with the collaborative model and some suggestions, in the hopes that some outside opinion might help you. I was trying to present this to you yesterday, but there was not a place for this. Hence, I'm sending it now. On the first page there are general comments and on the following ones, my suggestions.

As a sidenote, my view is based on a branch of economics called biophysical economics, which tries to model economies based on the laws of thermodynamics. It takes some concentration to understand, but I think it's well worth the time, because it explains a lot about what is happening to the economy nowadays.
