Subject: Adaptable City EU application results and next application

Dear All, 

I hope my email finds you well. I regret to inform you that despite all efforts to integrate last minute informations in the application, we received the news that some documents were still missing from the application. However, I believe that as we have an application almost ready, we can now be much more prepared for the next round of applications (deadline probably on October 1, but not announced yet). 

For the Autumn round, I would like to submit more or less the same application as in March. This means that while unfortunately we can't calculate with some of the activities planned for the Autumn (and thus we have to recalculate the own contributions and replan the events), we potentially can new partners whom we weren't able to include last time. Please let me know if you'd like to join or would like me to leave you out of this list. 

I'll send an email in the coming days about the steps we need to take, and in the same time, we can also prepare the "legally established European Network" we have talked about. Some of you I'll see this weekend in Berlin, I'll prepare some documents to discuss and sign.
