Hello all,

So the new team is already in!

They all arrived yesterday. We passed on the bikes and everything (like the keys) I have the last keys of the office for Natalia.

Just wanted to make you up-to-date on how we left the office_

Handover documents: We printed two manuals and four outstanding issues that are on the meeting table. The digital versions are already in a TEAM 10 folder in the google drive.

There is one aspects we wanted to outline about the outstanding issues:

the municipality plans: We completed everything but the roof on two sections - longitudinal section A and B. We did not have time or enough information to correct them. Also, there was also not enough time to do the written parts. We left it explained in the outstanding issues and in the archicad file, however are reachable of course to help with doubts and give any information that might be missing.

Hard drive: We could not go with just a tiny bit of drama, apparently. We tried very hard to put the things on the hard drive - but it didn't work, unfortunately. It has a connection problem that only a technician can solve. (we scanned and tried to fix it, experimented in different computers but nothing worked) The hard drive is accessible, but it keeps connecting and disconnecting the usb port. That's why we can't manage to copy things into it.

Our solution was to place all documents in the google drive in a folder called HARDDRIVE, already organised.

As we wrap-up our job as team 9, We would like to ask you when should we do the hand-over to the next team? Is it going to be Tuesday?
