Fedora 39 and CUDA 12.4 and gcc 13.3

Dear all,

Did someone built arrayfire 3.9 on top of Fedora39, CUDA 12.4 and gcc 13.3?

I did using instructions on GitHub and: 

a) only four of the test codes fails -> sounds good to me -> little impact,

b) however, in a compilation (using default Makefile and -lafcuda) of simple and naive code after importing arrayfire.h: the gcc preprocessor informed that there are missing binary operations (log file attached).

Somenone could help me?
