G.I. Joe: Retaliation was supposed to be released next month. Instead the studio has decided to push it back to next year for 3D conversion. This is a film the studio has already spent gobs marketing it — they even bought a Super Bowl spot. This baffling decision is not only shocking, it's depressing. We were kind of stoked for this ridiculous, self-aware action flick. I can't imagine our lust for cheesy G.I. Joe movies will outlast the year. Why was this decision made?
