One of our manager was using FIFA 16 UT (V 3.2.11) on his Samsung Tab, he informed that everything was ok until android got updated, after updating to new version, he is facing stopped working issue, so he reset the tab and installed the app freshly but same issue.
I found current version of Android is 6.0 which is Marshmallow but I found on Samsung website, it came with Android Lollipop. I will try by resetting to factory defaults and update here. Maybe latest OS is not supporting for this app.

1. go to APP info of FIFA 14 u installed
2. tap CLEAR DATA (it will make ur game fresh). You can also reinstall the game(provided you have the backup copy with you)
3. Now start the game and try again
