Hello to all,

In case some of you don't have them, attached are the two files for
the two ATC projects that will hopefully be decided upon at tonights
Town Board meeting. They are both very simple and should be non
controversial. Let's hope.

When we begin the work we will need volunteers. For the Bulletin
Board area, we need someone to install a small area (~8' x 10') of
pavers to be under and around the park bench, someone to paint the
Bulletin Board front and back, and someone to plant the flower
planters we will install. For the Fire Pond Park area, we will need
two sets of Horseshoe pits constructed and landscape plantings
around the area. Anyone????

The next project up is deciding on the downtown tree plantings,
materials courtesy of Shagbark Farm. A walk of the town with a
representive from Shagbark to get their advice will happen very
soon. We may plant maybe ~10 individual trees or a few clusters of
trees and plants at the entrances to town. Also, we may install
flower planters around town. Anyone out there willing to donate a
few 1/2 whisky barrels and the flowers and design and maintain a few
planters? There are probably locations for up to 10 such planters.
The railings and/or sidewalks of the bridge by the Hub just south of
town would look great with something decorative along them.

A status report: the Copake Farmers brochure from the EAB is just
waiting for the final info on the new Black Grocery Market and when
the HillOver milk market will re-open, with their own line of ice
cream I hear. Should be soon.

See you tonight,
Mike

Hi Mike
I can maintain a couple of
Planters between just below the laundromat through Jim's.
Is there any chance few of the loose
Top stones on Jim's beds could be
Cemented securely?
Thank you
