Hello All,

Summer's bounty just keeps on growing....from the farm to the market to your table!

We'll have fruits and vegetables bursting with bright colors and flavors.....beets, carrots, greens, squash, beans, and so much more.

And yes, we'll have all the rest for your breakfasts, lunches and dinners....pasture raised meat, yogurt, honey, eggs, cheese, bread and baked goods.  

Our prepared foods from Your Spice of Life will include fabulous Sicilian dishes - caponata (delicious eggplant), pesto, spiced pistachios, and chicken with almonds, raisins and capers.
