Hi Folks,

I wanted to pass along information on a few upcoming events that provide an opportunity for people to interact with some new farmers in the area and learn more about the situation and experiences of new farmers in general.  The events are happening at local libraries in conjunction with the traveling New Farmer Narrative Project exhibit - which you can find out more about HERE.

Thanks,
Anna

Upcoming New Farmer Narrative Project Events

Saturday, June 2nd, 6:30pm at the Chatham Library:
Free film screening of the new farmer documentary The Greenhorns, followed by a Q&A with the film's director, farmer and activist Severine von Tsharner Fleming, and other area new farmers.  Severine will also be signing copies of the newly released book Greenhorns: 50 Dispatches from the New Farmers' Movement.
