This is an excellent project. I'm discovering new uses for it
regularly. One thing I'd like to have, though, is the source or
project, for the windows installer. Is the source or project available
for download somewhere? If so, what installation builder is being
used?

The source code for arora is available on the website. The installer file for windows is also included with the source code and there is a wiki page about doing windows builds.
