I am back from vacation and wanted to follow up with you on a site visit. This is an opportunity for Tides & AROC to meet and get caught up on each other. I am inviting some of my colleagues to join us, not sure who will ultimately come along but wanted to share with you and if you wish to invite your colleagues too, that would be wonderful.
I ran a report on AROC’s activities and Advisory Board, you will find them attached, please let us know if the information in these reports matches your understanding. If I am missing anything, please let me know. You are also welcome to add your comments to the reports and send back to me, or we can review during our visit along with anything else you would like to discuss.
If you have any questions for us please feel free to provide and we can arrange the responses for our meeting or I can try to find answers now if anything is pressing.
Here are my available dates & times, I figure an hour visit but am open to going longer if you like, we can also include some time for lunch, happy to work with you on the arrangements that works best:

I hope this email finds you well. I’m writing to let you know about my upcoming transition. At of the end of next week, I will be transitioning out of my role at Tides. Effective next Monday, June 10th, Luba Palionny will be supporting your fund and can be reached at lu...@tides.org. In preparation for this change, I have already started working with Luba and will be here until June 14th to support these funds and ensure that this transition is smooth and seamless for you.
Since joining Tides in 2002, Luba has supported various departments of this organization. Luba has covered many areas of Tides from Administration to the CEO’s executive office. Most recently Luba gained client support experience as a Senior Client Specialist in the Client Services Department. Her experience and wide breadth of Tides knowledge has been an integral part of her success. Luba has a strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellent service.
