Status of 13.06 release

Howdy all,

With the craziness that's hit Austin in the last week and our move over the weekend, I'm running a bit behind on the armstrong v13.06 release.  There's a pull request open[1] with a checklist of the packages that are required.  I've tagged the ones that I'm actively working on, so feel free to grab the latest.

FYI, you can use the TravisCI testing harness to test various versions of Django.  I've created a Gist if you're curious to run the tests across all versions[2].
