Hi All!

Lets assemble together the various resources which we need to create a
what we require.
* link to some webpage where we can locate the processer
specification
* the steps which are required to build and upload the code to arm
device which we are targetting
* and ofcourse lets have some candidate IDEs which we should target
to modify
* I would suggest Anjuta IDE to start with
