Achievements

[Kimon]

I played the last level on Armageddon with an invulnerable helicopter
to see if it was possible. It was, but it was hard.

I ran into some problems on achievements, many of which I think I
should have gotten, but did not:

* War ace: I definitely killed more than five helicopters with one
helicopter.
* Sortie Legend: I captured the end bunker without a tank-- that is I
dropped a guy and took it, though perhaps a tank cleared it out
earlier
* Super capture: I certainly captured super bunkers
* Strategic Wizard: I think I accomplished this
* Constructive Air Menace: Should have gotten credit for this
* Construction Wizard: Should have gotten credit for this

Unless I'm missing something, I would suggest carefully reviewing that
you can indeed earn all the awards

Ones I was able to earn:
* Anti-aircraft gun go boom
* Risky Loiter
* Aerial Dancer
* Airborne Delivery
* Missile Bane
* Midfield Advantage
* Necessary Sacrifice
* The Wall
* Truck Bane
* General Starts (1-5)

Note: game froze once while I was hovering over "Spectacular Earner",
but not again

I fixed the spelling and made the wording change in the last release.
