Hi

We need a permit from the Town to play.
We can't have an organized game unless the Town says OK.

We - primarily Robert and Luis - have been working on getting approval - a permit - from the Town for the Sunday game.

That's In Process and Almost Done.

To me, that is primary. We should NOT approach the town with any other requests until we get the final approval from the Town for the Sunday game - this should be in a week or two. This has been an involved process.

My concern is that if any of us approaches the town with another request before then, we risk killing the Sunday game. That would be terrible.

Let's get the Sunday game approval done and up and running first.
