در خبرنامه جدید آرمان شهر می خوانید: " گفتگو" چهارساله شد: یادداشتی بر
چهارمین سال برگزاری سلسله گفتگوهای " پلی میان نخبگان و شهروندان"،
بیانیه کمپین 50% به مناسبت روز جهانی حقوق بشر، آغاز به کار سند همکاری
گروه هماهنگی عدالت انتقالی، 2 گزارش از گفتگوهای کابل و هرات در خصوص
دادگاه بین المللی جنایی، مصاحبه با خانم پرلیکا به مناسبت روز جهانی محو
خشونت علیه زنان و گزارش سازمان ملل از تجاوز در افغانستان و گزارشی از
ادامه جشنواره جایزه سیمرغ .
خبرنامه آرمان شهر از برگزاری دو محفل در آینده نزدیک نیز خبر می دهد، "
گفتگو" 44 با موضوع زنان و عدالت که در تاریخ 23 دسامبر 2009 برگزار
خواهد شد و نیز بزرگداشت مولانا جلال الدین محمد بلخی شاعر، عارف و
اندیشمند بزرگ .
این خبرنامه هم چنین از انتشار 2 کتاب جدید از سوی آرمان شهر خبر می دهد،
کتاب افغانستان در جستجوی حقیقت و عدالت (ساز و کارهای ملی و بین المللی
قابل دسترس برای قربانیان) و سیاست نامه نقض حقوق بشر و سیاست آمریکا که
حاوی مقالات متعددی در زمینه نقض حقوق بشردرزندان های بگرام و پل چرخی،
جایگاه حقوق بشر و نقش ناتو در چهارچوب مبارزه با ترور، شکنجه و مسئولیت
پذیری و ... است.

بنیاد آرمان شهر یک نهاد مستقل و غیر انتفاعی شهروندی مستقر در کابل است
است که به هیچ دسته ی اقتصادی، سیاسی، مذهبی، قومی و هیچ دولتی وابستگی
ندارد. آرمان این نهاد ایجاد بسترها ی مناسب برای تامین خواستهای
اجتماعی برای دیمکراسی، حقوق بشر، عدالت و قانون مداری است و نیز دست زدن
به ابتکارات فرهنگی و نشر کتاب در خدمت به شکل گیری آگاهی جمعی
شهروندان. بنیاد آرمان شهر در راستا ی تبادل اندیشه و گفتگو در داخل
کشور و در منطقه با هدف ایجاد همبستگی، پیشرفت و صلح، میکوشد.
