In today’s healthcare industry, women are truly at the heart of the field, making up 77% of the workforce. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, women account for nearly 90% of nurses and nurse practitioners—the very foundation of patient care.

On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the standout women who are leading the transformation of healthcare technology at CorroHealth. Together, they exemplify the “give to gain” philosophy, using their dedication and expertise to support seamless strategies that align patient care, operational efficiency, and financial health, all while driving meaningful change throughout the healthcare system.

In the stories that follow, CorroHealth leaders reflect on their careers, approach to leadership, and what it means to be a woman in healthcare technology today. Their insights offer a practical look at how hard work, dedication, and a sense of purpose come together to create smarter people, smarter tech, and smarter outcomes.

Becky Blake, Chief People Officer

Becky began her career inspired by the realization that people strategy is business strategy. She discovered that the hardest and most meaningful transformation happens through people and that organizations that invest intentionally in leadership, culture, and talent are the ones that succeed long-term. Along her leadership journey, a collection of big and small moments—wins, failures, and great mentors—shaped her growth. She takes pride in establishing a company that not only delivers stellar results but also fosters a culture of enjoyment among its employees. Becky was recently honored as one of The Healthcare Technology Report's Top Women Leaders in 2025. She advises aspiring women leaders to "be authentic and intentional about your development... take ownership, understand the business, and ask questions. Leaders who connect strategy, people, and outcomes are the ones who advance.”
