There is a Diwali Mela on Nov. 7 in Westford, MA. Entry fees for this cultural event is $5.00. There will be a cultural show/indian dance program by kids of various ages. There will be food stalls offering a variety of Indian food for purchase. There is also a DJ in the end. The Diwali Mela has been organized to benefit ‘Bitiya’ a non-profit organization for the betterment of the girl child in India. For more information log on to www.bitiya.org.
