Empid flycatcher at Horn Pond in Woburn

This morning I photographed an Empid flycatcher at the back of the community garden near the wood rail fence.  The bird is greenish with an eye ring, light breast, and seems to have long wings and tail.  Any thoughts on ID would be appreciated!  According to eBird any Empid is unusual at this late date.

It was a great morning at Horn Pond with beautiful weather and lots of birds.  I had 8 sparrow species including Savannah, Lincolns, and Towhee.  A nice way to use a vacation day.

Merlin Bird ID says any flycatcher in our area is a rare find. This one is probably either a Least or a Yellow-bellied.
