How did you end up here? What inspired you to come to your first meeting of the BAC or the PAC? [We are asking this question not just out of curiosity but because it relates to our discussion of BAC’s future and how to adhere to our ideals and our mission.]

7:15 – 7:40 pm  October Joint PAC-BAC Meeting Recap

Summary: Cynthia will lead a debriefing discussion regarding the BAC-PAC conversation with DES Deputy Director Hui Wang during last month’s joint meeting.

7:40 – 8:30 pm  Arlington’s Transportation Future – Master Transportation Plan (MTP) Refresh

Summary: Mike will share an update to the Committee regarding recent progress from the ongoing MTP Refresh, as well as lead BAC members to address homework assignments from recent Advisory Group meetings.

8:30 – 8:45 pm – BAC Chair & Vice Chair

 

Elwyn Gonzalez, Transportation Planner, DES

 

Summary: Following the appointment of new/current BAC members, Elwyn will facilitate the selection of Chair and Vice Chair seats for the next two-year term.

·        Arlington’s Transportation Future - Open Houses on Wednesday, November 5 at Bozman Government Center (4-7 pm) and on Saturday, November 22 at Arlington Mill Community Center (4:30-7:30 pm).
