Hi my road-safety friends,

Two updates:

1) We will NOT be holding a regular BAC meeting in July. Several weeks ago, we submitted requests to address multiple topics, but it appears that no staff are willing or available to meet with the committee. This is an ongoing challenge.

2) Instead, this Monday July 7 at 7 pm, we will host a working group meeting for those who are interested in discussing preferred bike corridors and design standards for the Master Transportation Plan (the so-called Arlington's Transportation Future initiative). This meeting will take place IN PERSON in the first floor "Birch Room" in the Bozman Government Center Building at 2100 Clarendon Blvd in Arlington.

The Birch Room has limited capacity so PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP if you'd like to be part of this meeting. We were not able to secure a larger room nor one with the equipment needed for a simultaneous hybrid/Teams meeting.

All are welcome. If there's a lot of interest, then we will look for extra chairs or figure out a plan B location. Please RSVP.
So far on the attendance list we have Mike, Eliot, Andrew, Dana, Elwyn and myself.

Thanks all.
Cynthia

Hi all,
Just making sure everybody saw this email.
We are not having a regular BAC meeting tonight, but all are welcome to join us in person to discuss preferred bike corridors and design standards for the Master Transportation Plan.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Details below.
Happy Monday.
