Last night's discussion on parking with Henry Grabar and Melissa McMahon, County space and parking manager, was fabulous.  County staff recorded the presentation, which is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=FFEBT9VvFD8.  I highly recommend watching it and reading his book (which I have not read, yet).
