RiverHouse Interim Condition

Share Feedback on the Planned Public Space at RiverHouse

The private development team at JBG Smith is seeking your feedback on the final concept plan for the new public space at the RiverHouse community. You can review the proposed design and share your thoughts using this online feedback form, open through July 20, 2025.

About the Project:

As part of the broader RiverHouse development in Pentagon City, LandBay N will feature a new public space that provides casual use to the area. The proposed public space aims to eventually reach one (1) acre in size to comply with the Pentagon City Sector Plan; however, the development team's proposal delivers the space in two phases. If approved, Phase 1 ("interim condition") will move forward with the current site plan and will feature 0.38 acres of public space. Phase 2 ("full buildout") would come later and will need to add at least 0.62 acres of public space to fulfill the 1 acre requirement.

What’s in the Design?

  • Public casual use space
  • New native plantings and landscaping
  • Seating areas
  • Pedestrian lighting
  • Biophilic features
  • Connection to the Green Ribbon pedestrian pathways
  • Bike parking

Please review the two phased concepts and provide your input here by July 20, 2025
