Hi, All --
FYI, someone from NOVA Parks will be updating the Forestry and Natural Resources Commission at its next meeting (tomorrow, Thurs. Sept. 26) and I'm 90% certain the subject is going to be the W&OD tree-cutting project. All are welcome to attend and listen; however, being a Commission, parliamentary rules are followed so non-members can't speak unless they sign up for a 3-minute comment period at the beginning of the meeting. This month's meeting will be all-virtual (on Teams). (Most meetings are in person, but Sept was a change to virtual for some reason -- disregard what it says on the website about meeting location for Sept -- it's on Teams this time.) The meeting starts at 7 pm.
Here is a link to the agenda and Microsoft Teams (and other information). Scroll down to "2025 Meetings" and September. The NOVA Parks Update is the first item on the agenda (after Public Comments).
If you aren't able to attend, the meeting will be recorded and posted to the website afterwards (though sometimes it takes a few days/weeks for it to be uploaded).
