Toyota Corolla on W&OD Today

There was a Toyota Corolla on the trail today between Bonaire Park and Madison Manor Park. Haven’t seen this before. He should not have been able to enter the bike path but apparently there was nothing stopping him.

This issue must be addressed by the county.
